The Jammu and Kashmir valley is often referred to as Paradise on Earth, and is famous for its beautiful mountainous landscapes, and Jammu’s numerous shrines. It lies mostly in the Himalayan Mountains and is also known as “Little Tibet” and renowned for its Buddhist culture. It is only open for three months of the year, so the rest of the time it hides under a sheet of snow protected from the outside world. It also is place to the highest motor able pass way in the world. This is Kashmir.
